Job description:
- Helping customers through their electric car buying journey (inbound calls only)
- Answering questions, solving issues, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way
- Keeping things organized and up to date in our systems
Requirements:
- Spanish skills at C1 level – you’ll be chatting with native speakers daily
- English at B2 level – for internal stuff
- Basic computer skills (Windows & MS Office)
- Friendly vibe, good communication skills, and a genuine love for helping people
- Availability to work from our Lublin office
