Your responsibilities
Guide a team of call center associates, monitoring both work and attendance to ensure we meet our high standards and legal requirements.
Regularly provide constructive feedback and coaching to help your team meet and exceed performance goals. Your insights will drive their professional growth!
Spot opportunities for improvement and develop actionable plans. You'll be key in implementing changes and, when necessary, making tough decisions.
Ensure we consistently deliver exceptional service, meeting all contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial targets.
Keep your team informed and engaged with clear communication and updates. Your support will help them thrive in their roles.
Use your expertise to handle escalated customer calls, providing the best solutions and support.
Organize team meetings and activities to foster open communication and team spirit. Your leadership will create a supportive and motivated environment.
Stay up-to-date with our processes, policies, and procedures. We encourage ongoing professional development through manager training.

Our requirements
Associate's degree in related field with at least 6 months of experience in a similar position.
Previous experience in sales - good to have.
Knowledge of German (level C1) and English (level B1/B2) is essential.
Willingness to work from our office in Katowice according to the German calendar.
Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations and meeting timelines on deliverable.
Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees.

Technical knowledge will be an advantage.
