Your responsibilities

·      Solving problems and providing information about pharmaceutical products.

·      Professional advisor through various communication channels (e-mail, chat and phone).

·      Advising customers on pharmaceutical product selection.

·      Building and maintaining relationships with clients.

·      Collaboration with an internal team to ensure a high-quality service.

·      Monitoring and analyzing customers' feedback to continuously improve services

Our requirements

·      An enthusiastic spirit with degree in Pharmacy/Dermatology/Cosmetology or Biology/Chemistry

·      Fluency in English (B2/C1) and any other European language (C1) - Spanish, Catalan, Portuguese, German, Italian, French

·      You’re self-motivated and skilled at multitasking, ready to take on new challenges.

·      Though you may lack experience, your excitement about your field of studies and willingness to continue improving your knowledge in a working environment.

·      We’ll teach you the ropes of managing client-customer relations.

·      Effective organization and time management skills are essential.
