We’re now looking for an experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our team and help power our clients’ growth with exceptional talent.

 

The Role

As a Technical Recruiter at CQUE, you’ll work closely with our clients — from scale-ups to enterprise-level organisations — to source and engage top-tier IT and technology talent. You’ll be an integral part of our strategic sourcing model, acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and a career advocate to candidates.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs across Software Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Security, and Product functions

  • Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement

  • Use a blend of active and passive sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, boolean, networking)

  • Create and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-demand skill areas

  • Conduct screening interviews and technical assessments where required

  • Provide market insight, salary benchmarking, and strategic talent advice to clients

  • Champion the CQUE brand and ensure a high-touch candidate experience throughout

  • Collaborate with internal teams on recruitment strategy, reporting, and continuous improvement

 

Who You Are

  • results-driven recruiter with a proven track record (3+ years) placing IT or technical roles in agency, RPO, or in-house environments

  • Strong sourcing skills, especially with hard-to-fill and niche technology roles

  • Excellent communicator, comfortable advising clients and building relationships with hiring managers and candidates

  • Able to manage multiple roles, timelines, and client expectations simultaneously

  • Familiar with recruitment tools and CRM/ATS systems 

  • Curious, collaborative, and energized by delivering impact

  • Experience working in or with startups, scale-ups, or tech consultancies is a bonus

  • Proficient in English and Polish (other languages a plus)
