CQURE is a provider of specialized IT security services, such as advanced penetration testing, security audits, and forensic IT investigations. Our experts also deliver conference sessions and training programs for international organizations and top management.

Marketing Manager

B2B contract: PLN 12,000 – 14,000 net

Work location: Warsaw / hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)


As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing marketing strategies for CQURE and CQURE Academy products and services
  • Managing content – we focus on high-quality technical content in collaboration with our Experts Team and copywriters. Your role will be to plan and execute content initiatives.
  • Supervising and optimizing performance marketing activities such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter ads, and email communication
  • Providing marketing insights and suggesting data-driven improvements
  • Generating new marketing ideas (e.g., promotion types, channels, tactics, communication angles, affiliate programs) and implementing them
  • Leading the marketing team and mentoring its members – you'll coordinate the daily work of internal and external contributors, ensuring smooth collaboration and high-quality output.
  • Taking ownership of performance marketing campaigns – from planning and execution to budget oversight and results reporting.
  • Managing marketing projects from concept to delivery – including timeline planning, progress tracking, and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Collaborating internally with our team
  • Proposing ideas for events and initiatives to attract potential clients
  • Cooperating with external contractors – copywriters, graphic designers, etc.


You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have at least 4 years of experience as an independent marketing manager
  • Possess strong business English skills (minimum C1 level)
  • Understand the B2B professional services market
  • Have hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing
  • Are familiar with marketing/sales funnels and know how to build and manage them
  • Know how to collect and use data and KPIs effectively
  • Have experience with email marketing and automation tools
  • Enjoy teamwork and mentoring others
  • Have experience in managing a team or mentoring colleagues
  • Have proven experience in running and optimizing sales-driven performance campaigns
  • Are skilled in project management, including coordination of cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Are experienced in preparing reports and giving actionable recommendations
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Nice to have: interest in new technologies and cybersecurity

What does the recruitment process look like?

  4. If we like how you solve the tasks, you can expect a second interview, during which you will meet the CEO.
