Our client is an international company from the Engineering & Construction sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop supply chain of suppliers, subcontractors and consultants in order to meet the company’s requirements regarding the projects which are ongoing or under development.
- Regularly meet and keep in contact with potential suppliers, subcontractors and consultants in order to create and maintain an up to date supply chain.
- Follow up the main procurement activities and report updates regularly to the management.
- Organize and manage tenders for procurement activities.
- Coordinate with various teams in the company for procurement related activities.
- Prepare necessary reports and meeting minutes both for internal and external reporting purposes as may be necessary.
- Work in multiple work streams when required.
- The candidate will hold organized and good records both in hardcopy and softcopy
- Management level
Skills:
- Education: Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- Experience: 10 years working as a Procurement Manager/Specialist or in a related role
- Good knowledge of Polish and CEE market and proven procurement track record in such markets
- High interest working for a top international contractor,
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Word and Excel
- Available for business travels.
- High proficiency in English
- High proficiency in Polish
An offer:
- Salary 20 000 - 22 000 PLN gross (contract of employment)
