Procurement Manager (Engineering & Construction)

Our client is an international company from the Engineering & Construction sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop supply chain of suppliers, subcontractors and consultants in order to meet the company’s requirements regarding the projects which are ongoing or under development.
• Regularly meet and keep in contact with potential suppliers, subcontractors and consultants in order to create and maintain an up to date supply chain.
• Follow up the main procurement activities and report updates regularly to the management.
• Organize and manage tenders for procurement activities.
• Coordinate with various teams in the company for procurement related activities.
• Prepare necessary reports and meeting minutes both for internal and external reporting purposes as may be necessary.
• Work in multiple work streams when required.
• The candidate will hold organized and good records both in hardcopy and softcopy
• Management level 

Skills:

• Education: Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
• Experience: 10 years working as a Procurement Manager/Specialist or in a related role
• Good knowledge of Polish and CEE market and proven procurement track record in such markets
• High interest working for a top international contractor,
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Word and Excel
• Available for business travels.
• High proficiency in English
• High proficiency in Polish

An offer:

• Salary 20 000 - 22 000 PLN gross (contract of employment)
