💰 Budget:
- B2B: 90 – 110 pln net+vat/hourly
- Employment contract: 11 – 14 000 gross/monthly
🚀 What you’ll be doing:
- Accurately process payroll, including wages, bonuses, deductions, overtime, and statutory payments, ensuring compliance with tax laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and alignment with legal requirements.
- Generate reports, analyze payroll metrics, and handle payroll tax filings and statutory declarations.
- Address employee payroll inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with HR and Finance as needed.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and data.
- Perform tasks in Płatnik and PUE, including RCA, RSA, DRA, ZUA, ZCNA, RMUA, Z-15, and rehabilitation benefit documents.
- Process various leaves (sick, unpaid, maternity, parental, childcare) and employee garnishments.
- Enter tax-related applications (PIT-2, joint settlements, allowances) and prepare annual certificates (e.g., RMUA, pensioner statements).
- Issue income certificates and other documents upon employee request.
- Support office duties, send certificates, and assist with document archiving and process improvements.
✅ What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous experience in payroll processing (ideally in a similar role)
- Solid understanding of Polish payroll and tax regulations
- Strong Excel skills – you’ll use it every day
- Familiarity with tools like Płatnik, PUE, and Simple ERP (a plus!)
- Organized, analytical, and able to work under pressure
- Team-oriented and discreet when handling sensitive information
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
