💲Budget:
13 760 - 16 960 net+vat/month (B2B)
12 800 - 16 000 net+vat/month (Mandate contract – student status required)
10 000 - 13 000 PLN gross/month (Employment contract)
🚀 What you'll do:
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define role needs and build recruitment strategies
- Source and attract top candidates using innovative, cost-effective channels
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening to offer negotiation
- Conduct interviews and provide expert guidance on selection and assessment
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Support international mobility and global hiring initiatives
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to align recruitment with workforce planning
🧠What you'll bring:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience (in-house preferred), across diverse roles and markets
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage volume hiring as well as niche roles
- Excellent communication in English (written & spoken)
- Experience with global mobility, sourcing strategy, and recruitment analytics is a plus
