Your responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing client business requirements, designing optimal solutions.

• Configuring CRM systems using user-friendly tools.

• Formatting and importing data from xls, csv files.

• Configuring dashboards and reports using built-in tools.

• Testing configured functionality.

• Supporting new and existing clients during CRM system implementation and usage.

• Conducting training sessions or creating instructional materials for clients on system usage.

• Doing training sessions or creating instructional materials for clients on system usage.
