Your Daily Missions
- Commercial Relationship Maintenance: You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for maintaining and enhancing commercial relationships. This includes the preparation and negotiation of proposals, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SO), budgeting, and timesheet management.
- Service Delivery Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, addressing and solving problems as they arise, to maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction.
- Strategic Sales Opportunities: Adopt a holistic perspective to identify, uncover, and execute up-sales and cross-sales opportunities, thereby driving account growth.
- Needs Matching: Work closely with clients to understand their needs in the realm of product and software creation, ensuring our offerings are perfectly aligned with their objectives.
- Onboarding: Facilitate proper onboarding processes for both clients and team members, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our service framework.
- Strategy Development: Develop clear strategies and program structures to serve and grow strategic accounts effectively, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
The Essentials We’re Seeking
- You have 4+ years of commercial experience in customer service, including with foreign clients.
- Strong understanding of commercial processes, including proposal drafting, contract negotiation, and budget management.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and close opportunities.
- Good knowledge and understanding of project management and SDLC (scope, stages, team allocation, cost estimation).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective growth strategies for key accounts.
- Minimum English proficiency of C1, category B driver’s license and are openness to business travels.
