Pre - Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Manager— someone who combines technical expertise with the ability to understand clients’ business needs. You will work at the intersection of sales and technology: supporting clients in defining requirements, designing solutions, and helping closed deals turn into long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting in companies offering technology solutions (hardware and/or software).
Proven success in supporting the sales of complex technical solutions — both directly and through channel partners.
Very good knowledge of 5G, IoT, edge computing, cloud, and modern data analytics.
Higher education degree in a technical or business-related field.
Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
Experience in running workshops, technical demonstrations, and PoC projects.
Ability to create compelling value propositions and sales documentation (SoW, RFP/RFI responses, technical presentations).
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Independence, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, international team.
Results-oriented mindset and understanding of the business value of technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support throughout the sales process in close cooperation with the sales team at every stage of the sales cycle.
Lead discovery workshops with clients to accurately define business and technical requirements.
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations (hardware, software, and the ORCHESTRA platform) tailored to specific industries such as manufacturing, logistics, energy, smart city, and others.
Design and deliver PoC projects together with the sales team — from concept to evaluation of results with the client.
Create customized technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and sales documentation (SoW, presentations, cost estimates).
Build relationships with key technical decision-makers on the client side (CTO, IT Director, Architect, etc.).
Co-create the pre-sales strategy and cooperate with the marketing team on technical materials and lead generation activities.
Monitor the market and competitors; provide market feedback to the product team.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs — both local and international.
