Procurement Specialist — Warsaw (On-site)

We are now looking for an experienced, well-organised, and self-driven Procurement Specialist to take ownership of purchasing processes, supplier coordination, logistics, warehouse administration, and operational support for our technology projects.
This is a fully on-site role based at our Warsaw office near Metro Wilanowska:
Aleja Niepodległości 18, 02-653 Warsaw.
Your Responsibilities
End-to-End Procurement Management:
You will manage the purchasing process for electronic components, raw materials, devices, services, and other resources required for the production and delivery of our 5G Gateway, LTE, and IoT solutions.
Supplier Sourcing, Negotiations & Relations:
You will identify and source new domestic and international suppliers, request and compare offers, negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and build long-term supplier relationships.
Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination:
You will coordinate incoming supply shipments and outgoing customer deliveries, working closely with courier companies, freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, and internal project teams.
Administration & Documentation:
You will manage purchase orders, invoices, supplier documentation, contracts, delivery documents, and purchasing archives, while cooperating with the accounting team and external partners.
Warehouse & Inventory Management:
You will supervise warehouse operations and inventory records in the Enova ERP system, including the Handel module, ensuring data accuracy and proper stock control.
Operational Support for Technology Projects:
You will cooperate with engineering, delivery, and project management teams to ensure material availability and continuity for ongoing rollouts, implementations, and customer projects.
Reporting:
You will prepare cost breakdowns, procurement summaries, delivery status updates, stock reports, and other procurement-related information for operations leadership.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3–4 years of independent experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, hardware, IoT, or a technology environment.
Technical procurement understanding: Experience purchasing electronic components, devices, technical materials, or production-related services will be a strong advantage.
Administrative accuracy: Strong experience managing purchase documentation, invoices, warehouse records, supplier data, and purchasing archives.
ERP proficiency: Practical knowledge of warehouse, accounting, or ERP systems; experience with Enova will be a strong plus.
Languages: English at B2/C1 level, including business communication and email correspondence with international suppliers.
Negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery dates, and cooperation conditions with suppliers.
Organisation and ownership: High level of independence, precision, responsibility, and ability to manage several purchasing and logistics topics at the same time.
Communication skills: Ability to work effectively with suppliers, accounting, engineering, project management, and operations teams.
