About the Role

As our Senior E-commerce Logistics Specialist, you will take full operational ownership of the fulfilment and logistics for Tylko’s expanding accessories and samples category. You will be the driving force behind ensuring these products move seamlessly from our fulfilment center to customers across all European markets. By applying your expertise in e-commerce standards and courier networks, you will ensure our 3PL partner delivers peak performance.

You will act as the "operational glue" between departments, bridging the gap between R&D, Sourcing, and our external logistics partners. This is a high-impact role for a proactive expert who thrives on data-driven optimization and wants to own the order-to-delivery flow of a rapidly growing product stream.

Your mission is to drive process improvements that optimize lead times and elevate the customer experience through data-driven decisions. By joining our Delivery & Services team, you will directly influence our scale-up’s efficiency, turning complex logistics challenges into smooth, scalable operations.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership, make things happen, and see your impact. Specifically, you will:

• Manage 3PL Operations: Serve as the primary point of contact for our fulfilment center, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with our delivery standards

• Monitor order flow and proactively resolve day-to-day logistical bottlenecks

• Optimize Fulfilment Efficiency: Drive improvements in Lead Time, fulfilment cost, and customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) by analyzing operational data and implementing process changes.

• Manage the introduction of new products (SKUs) and system enhancements within the logistics chain

• Oversee carrier management and handle escalations to ensure delivery guarantees are met

• Execute logistics support tasks including invoice verification and cost control

• Bridge Internal Departments: Collaborate with R&D, Sourcing and Planning to ensure logistics and fulfilment requirements are integrated into the product lifecycle

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or fulfilment center management

• Proven track record in handling international courier transport and logistics

• Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems or shipment tracking platforms

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to work effectively with operational data

• Valid category B driving license and readiness for occasional business travel

• Fluent Polish (C1) and good command of English (B2)

• Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week

It would be an additional plus if you have:

• Familiarity with modern LMS, project management tools, or carrier negotiation and cost optimization

• Strong background in improving logistics KPIs and managing complex supply chain relationships

• Experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment, ideally within furniture or oversized shipping logistics
