In Cyclad we work with top international IT companies in order to boost their potential in delivering outstanding, cutting edge technologies that shape the world of the future. Currently, for our client, a company operating in the cybersecurity space, dedicated to helping organizations enhance their security capabilities we are looking for a driven Business Development Representative to support our growth in the German-speaking region, with a potential expansion toward Northern European markets.

 

Project information:

  1.      Location: 100% remotely

  2.       Type of employment: B2B contract

  3.       Remuneration: up to 700 PLN per hour on B2B

  4.      Project language: German and English

 

Your tasks:

  •       Proactively identify and engage prospective customers using multiple channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking.

  •       Assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads, arranging meetings to present tailored solutions.

  •       Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects by understanding their business needs and pain points.

  •       Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to design and execute focused outreach initiatives.

  •       Track and report performance indicators, including scheduled meetings and initiated Proofs of Concept (POCs).

  •       Gather market and prospect feedback to help refine product positioning and messaging.


Requirements:

  •       Full professional proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.

  •       Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably within technology or cybersecurity environments.

  •       Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

  •       Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

  •       Goal-oriented mindset with a strong motivation to deliver measurable results.
