Project information:

• Industry: Renewable Energy 
• Type of project: Accountancy & Analyzes
• Location: Warszawa; hybrid work model 
• Working hours: Mon-Fr, 8 hours per day
• Languages: Polish & English
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
• Level: Mid
• Salary range: 11000 - 13000 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

• Manage and review financial documents such as insurance policies, bank guarantees, and payment approvals
• Support financial inspections and communication with tax and financial offices
• Track income and expenses, and help resolve financial issues as they arise
• Prepare financial reports (e.g., monthly summaries, KPI tracking, stock valuations)
• Assist in closing the books each month and quarter
• Ensure financial processes follow company policies and contribute to ongoing improvements

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a financial or accounting role
• Strong skills in organizing tasks and managing time
• Detail-focused and comfortable making decisions
• Fluent in both Polish and English
