IT Support Agent with German

Project information:
Location: Kraków, Katowice, Wrocław, Lublin, Opole, Poznań, Warszawa, Gdańsk -> hybrid model of working in one the locations (40% in the office)
Working hours: 24/7 line (8 hours per day, different shifts)
Type of project: IT Support/Service Desk
Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
Languages: German & English
Responsibilities:
Providing daily support to German-speaking customers
Responding to customers' queries and solving technical issues
Managing ticketing system
Performing troubleshooting activites (hardware, software, system)
Requirements:
First IT support/helpdesk working experience
Very good knowledge of German & English (B2/C1 levels)
Problem solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with operating/monitoring systems considered as an asset
