Junior Customer Advisor with German
Location: Kraków

You will be responsible for managing requests for German-speaking clients and maintaining strong relationships with them.

- Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
- Salary range: 7000 PLN gross + additional bonuses for languages
Responsibilities:
- Managing ongoing queries from German-speaking customers (phone calls, emails and web channels)
- Advising customers on travel products
- Supporting customer with the reservation and adjustment of flight bookings
- Recommending products and helping customer using the official website
- Ensuring the high level of customer satisfaction
- Providing after sales support
- Cooperating with other team members
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of German & English (at least B2 level)
- High communication skills and customer-focus attitude
- Ability to work in team and individually
- Willingness to develop
