Currently, we are looking for an experienced Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional to join a team working on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform enhancements.

Project information:

• Location: Warsaw or Gdańsk (Hybrid work model, 1 day per week from the office)

• Remuneration: 150 - 160 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B

• Type of employment: B2B contract

• Project language: English

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for SailPoint IdentityIQ, supporting platform development and enhancements

• Work within an Agile team to expand IAM platform capabilities and coverage

• Drive and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to define and implement improvements

• Capture, analyze, and document business and technical requirements

• Write user stories and maintain process & functional documentation

• Support testing activities and validate delivered features

• Monitor production deliverables to ensure quality and stability

• Contribute to the continuous improvement and maturity of IAM services

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)

• Solid understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts

• Experience applying IAM solutions in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Entra ID, Google Cloud)

• Knowledge of IAM processes, including:

  • Identity lifecycle management

  • Segregation of Duties (SoD)

  • Access requests

  • Certifications

• Understanding of IAM best practices and security principles

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Experience with testing and validation of IAM solutions

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
