Job responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand our presence in the cybersecurity market in Poland, France and other EU countries
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners in the cybersecurity sector
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure, focusing on cybersecurity staff augmentation services and solutions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service offerings with client needs and ensure a seamless delivery of solutions
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in Technology Solutions, Consulting Services
• At least 3 years of proven experience in selling cybersecurity solutions
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and services
• Excellent ability to analyze customer needs, develop proposals, and execute upselling and cross-selling strategies
• Proficiency in English (C1 level); additional language skills are an advantage
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to navigating dynamic market conditions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills, with a results-oriented mindset
