Project information:

• Industry: Healthcare
• Type of project: Accountancy
• Location: Warszawa/ hybrid work model (3 days remotely per week)
• Working hours: Mon-Fr, 8 hours per day
• Languages: Polish & English
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
• Level: Mid/ Senior
• Remuneration: 13000 - 15000 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining GL entries
• Coordinating month-end and year-end closing processes
• Monitoring monthly and annual financial accounts according to US-GAAP and local accounting standards
• Reconciling of accounts
• Preparing tax returns (VAT, CIT, PIT)
• Preparing financial statements (balance sheet statement, income statement, cash flow statement)
• Performing audit activities
• Participating in payroll preparation
• Cooperating with other departments

Requirements:

• About 3-5 years of professional experience in full accounting/General Ledger area
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management
• Very good written & spoken English (B2/C1 level)
• Experience in working with ERP systems
• Problem-solving skills & attention to details
