Growth Marketer
We are looking for a B2B Growth Marketer to join our Growth Team and execute across the full marketing funnel at DAC.digital.
You will take part in planning and running campaigns alongside the marketing team and work directly in the marketing channels, sitting at the intersection of brand awareness and sales pipeline: building awareness among CTOs, engineering leaders, and innovation teams, while contributing directly to sales and working closely with our sales team and tech leads.
The domains you will be marketing in are real and technically deep: Agentic AI, Industrial AI, Computer Vision, AI-powered software development, and custom AI systems for manufacturing and enterprise. Our audience can tell the difference between genuine expertise and surface-level content, which means your marketing needs to be grounded in the actual substance of what we build.
You know how to drive organic growth through content and community, understand what makes open-source-led GTM work and are comfortable picking up a paid channel and optimizing it yourself. You will collaborate with tech leads, sales team, an experienced copywriter and designers, joining a Growth Team where marketing and sales work as one unit.

Salary:
10 000 - 14 000 PLN net/month - pure B2B contract
8 500 –12 000 PLN net/month – B2B contract (days off included)
It is vital that you have:
proven B2B marketing experience at a tech company, software house, SaaS product or AI organization;
solid GTM instincts: you understand how to build awareness, generate demand and support pipeline conversion across marketing channels;
experience with open-source-led or product-led growth strategies: you know how to build communities and funnels around technical tools or frameworks;
hands-on experience with organic channels: SEO, content marketing, social media (LinkedIn-first), newsletters;
working knowledge of paid channels: you can run and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or similar;
strong analytical mindset: you measure what matters and can communicate marketing performance to leadership;
experience working directly with marketing and sales teams: you understand the pipeline, know what sales-ready content means;
comfortable collaborating with a copywriter and a design team: you can co-create, give useful feedback, and keep output on-brand;
fluent English, min. C1 written and spoken;
can-do attitude and comfort working independently in a remote-first environment as well as within the team of people who support each others goals.
Nice to have:
experience in event marketing: conferences, meetups, side-events, sponsored presence;
familiarity with the AI/LLM landscape; bonus if you have hands-on exposure to any of our core domains: Agentic AI, Industrial AI, or Computer Vision;
experience with HubSpot and WordPress;
background in product marketing: positioning, messaging frameworks, competitive analysis;
genuinely AI-savvy in practice: you use AI tools to automate repetitive work, speed up research, draft faster, and build lightweight workflows. We rely heavily on Claude and Cowork internally but are open to whatever gets the job done;
german language skills: a genuine plus given our collaboration with INFOMOTION and presence in the DACH market.
You will be responsible for supporting our team in:
planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns yourself: organic (SEO, LinkedIn, content) and paid (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads);
running open-source and community-led growth initiatives that build DAC.digital’s visibility among tech decision-makers;
working closely with the marketing and sales team on pipeline priorities, creating sales-enablement materials, and ensuring your marketing work directly supports revenue goals;
collaborating with tech leads to understand their domain deeply and translate that into campaigns that fit the market’s needs;
working alongside a copywriter and design team: co-creating briefs, giving feedback, and taking responsibility over the output;
collaborating with INFOMOTION colleagues across the DACH region on shared initiatives, cross-border campaigns, and joint positioning where relevant;
planning and executing event presence: identifying relevant conferences and meetups, coordinating DAC participation, and following up on leads;
tracking and reporting your own marketing performance: channel effectiveness, campaign results, pipeline contribution, and brand reach;
staying current on the B2B tech and AI marketing landscape to keep DAC.digital’s positioning sharp and relevant.
