Senior Communications Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Communications Specialist to join our team and take care of external communications.

Your tasks include executing effective communication strategies. We are looking for a new team member to manage and improve our communication flows within and outside of our company.

You will handle preparing content for media and external portals, coordinating our podcast, and organizing webinars and events.

In addition, you will be responsible for preparing paid campaign in cooperation with external agency.

We are looking for a versitale person with an end-to-end approach to the projects. You will be responsible both for preparing a strategy as well as execution.

Key information:

• Level: Senior
• Salary: 9000 – 14000 PLN/month B2B contract

Expectations:

• 6+ years of experience in communications,
• Excellent copywriting, proofreading and editing skills,
• Hands-on experience in organizing on-site and online events,
• Experience in creating social media content,
• Experience in the IT or technology industry,
• Good time management and organizational skills,
• Very good command of English (C1/C2 level),
• Very good command of Polish.

We will more than happy if You:

• Have experience in working with external agencies on campaign preparation,
• Create marketing strategies for large projects,
• Have diverse experience – in working with academic centers, startups and large companies,
• Have experience in performing in front of the camera / conducting events and webinars.

You will support our team in:

• Preparing and implementing a long-term Communications strategy (in collaboration with other team members) for internal projects as well as projects implemented in international consortia,
• Organizing events (webinars, workshops, conferences),
• Creating social media and website content,
• Building company’s and CEO’s image,
• Promotion of R&D projects,
• End-to-end approach to the projects,
• Preparing materials for media, external websites, competitions and proposals,
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders,
• Collaborate with the Marketing team,
• Finding new areas for improvement – we’ll be looking for your ideas on how to improve on daily basis.
