Your expertise in identifying and creating new business opportunities will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving our success. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities to uncover new business opportunities. 
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with external partners and clients. 
  • Collaborate on the creation of compelling sales materials, leveraging tools like Canva for standout designs. 
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage workflows and track outcomes. 
  • Organize and participate in industry events, networking sessions, and tech meetups.


Must-Have Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in prospecting and generating business leads, especially in B2B environments. 
  • Strong skills in preparing proposals and quotes for clients, including familiarity with design tools like Canva for creating visually appealing materials. 
  • Experience in creating sales and marketing communication materials. 
  • Solid understanding of the IT landscape, with the ability to attract and engage customers effectively. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher. 
  • Hands-on experience with managing pipelines - familiarity with CRM (Pipedrive preferred) tools and automation platforms like Dripify/Salesforce or other. 
  • Master’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related field. 


Nice-to-Have Skills 

  • Prior experience in recruitment, particularly within the IT sector. 
  • Knowledge of employer branding analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics). 
  • Basic Competency in Big Data/Cloud Concepts. 
  • Experience in organizing conferences, industry events, networking sessions, and tech meetups. 
  • Understanding of LinkedIn or Google Ads for marketing purposes.
