Client Onboarding Analyst

Client Onboarding Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Set up client data and configurations in internal systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with deadlines

• Review, validate, and authorize data elements in relevant platforms and applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Client Services, Implementation Support) to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

• Support projects related to account services and take part in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems or features

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and conduct root cause analysis on complex issues to enhance performance and reduce risk

• Stay up to date with internal procedures and apply applicable banking regulations while processing requests

Requirements:

• 0 - 3 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in client onboarding or roles involving system configuration and data management

• Strong written and spoken English (C1 level or higher)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor’s or University degree required
