Project Overview

Scope of Responsibilities — What will you be doing?

  • Driving end-to-end process improvements. From daily tasks to long-term initiatives, always with the goal of making things faster, smoother, and better
  • Maintaining effective communication with both internal and external clients, because clear communication is key to success!
  • Supporting and initiating optimization projects — your ideas can genuinely shape and enhance the customer experience
  • Ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations — because quality and order are more than just buzzwords
  • Supporting your team and sharing knowledge. You're not only a specialist, but also a reliable teammate who can step in and help others grow 
  • Leading training sessions and work shadowing. Every expert started somewhere, and you’ll be part of helping others get there
  • Building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients — because we’re in this for more than just one transaction
  • Promoting a problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement 


Requirements — Who are we looking for?

  • You have at least one year of experience in customer service (Customer Service Desk) — you know the ropes and feel at home in a client-facing environment
  • You’re familiar with the AP module and proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) — spreadsheets, reports, and formulas don’t scare you 
  • You communicate clearly and confidently — you can express your thoughts and work with people from all backgrounds
  • You’re customer-focused — you listen, analyze, and turn needs into actionable solutions 
  • You speak English at B2 level — enough to communicate comfortably in an international workplace 
  • You speak German at C1 level — fluent enough to handle conversations, negotiations, and documentation with ease
  • You speak Russian at C1 level — not only do you understand the language, but you use it confidently in a professional setting
