You have at least one year of experience in customer service (Customer Service Desk) — you know the ropes and feel at home in a client-facing environment

You’re familiar with the AP module and proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) — spreadsheets, reports, and formulas don’t scare you

You communicate clearly and confidently — you can express your thoughts and work with people from all backgrounds

You’re customer-focused — you listen, analyze, and turn needs into actionable solutions

You speak English at B2 level — enough to communicate comfortably in an international workplace

You speak German at C1 level — fluent enough to handle conversations, negotiations, and documentation with ease
