Customer Support Specialist (German and English-speaking)

📍 Location: Gdańsk, Przymorze

💸 Salary: Up to 49 PLN/hour gross (Employment Contract / Mandate Contract)

🕒 Shift Work: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

We are recruiting for the position of Customer Support Specialist with proficiency in both German and English languages. The team works in a shift system (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days a week), providing support to users.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Providing customer service in German and English (phone + email).

• Giving information about reservations and service terms and conditions.

• Solving current customer problems with empathy and professionalism.

• Cooperating with the team and participating in training sessions.
