Trade Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Performing Middle Office processes supporting investment funds' activity in the capital markets, including settlement of institutional clients' instructions and resolution of inconsistencies across multiple platforms

• Supporting clients' inquiries and providing transaction reporting and auxiliary activities

• Sending and monitoring settlement and payment instructions to custodian banks

• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Oversight teams

• Ensuring high quality of service delivered to internal and external clients

• Supporting co-workers in solving issues and ensuring continuity of daily service

• Maintaining and updating team procedures in line with audit and internal requirements

• Escalating issues or potential risks that may impact operational performance

• Actively proposing improvements to existing processes and applications

Requirements:

• Familiarity with SWIFT

• Professional command of English

• 2–3 years of experience in the financial sector, ideally within capital markets or investment operations

• Proficiency in MS Office, with strong focus on Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the team

• Proactive mindset and willingness to raise observations or concerns when needed

• University degree in finance, banking, or a related field

Nice to have:

• Experience in participating in operational or process-related projects is beneficial
