Financial Controller

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Financial Controller who will support our finance team by preparing analyses and reports.

• The ideal candidate is someone with knowledge of accounting and financial analytics, and experience in working in controlling or accounting;

• You should demonstrate analytical thinking skills and advanced proficiency in tools such as MS Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Power BI (report creation in Power BI) will be an advantage;

• A very good command of English is required, as we will collaborate in an international environment; 

• The person hired for this position should be independent, meticulous, and inquisitive in seeking appropriate solutions;

• We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamically changing financial environment;

• The candidate is expected to possess the ability to present prepared data and draw logical conclusions from analyses—whether presenting to the team, their manager, or various stakeholders such as the company's managerial staff.

Your future role

• Support the team in daily/monthly tasks;

• Preparing monthly reports;

• Support in preparing consolidated financial plans and long-term business plans;

• Preparing the ad-hoc requests/reports for stakeholders, local country CFOs and business leader;

• Managing and updating the databases and reporting files;

• Coordinating invoice issuance process;

• Ensuring quality and timely P&L consolidations and reporting to the stakeholders;

• Automation of reporting (Power BI, Power Query).
