SAP FI Support & Configuration Senior Consultant | Poland

Who we are looking for

🎯 Join our international SAP team in Poland as an SAP FI Support & Configuration Consultant, taking ownership of both second-line support and hands-on configuration activities across key FI processes.

In this role, you’ll analyze incidents, implement configuration changes, and collaborate with finance stakeholders to continuously improve the stability and efficiency of our SAP landscape. You’ll work closely with both business and technical teams, ensuring that SAP FI runs smoothly and evolves in line with operational needs.

👉 Work setup: remote or onsite — what matters is ownership, responsiveness, and delivering high-quality solutions.

💼 What you bring: 

• 4-5 years of experience in SAP FI (ECC or S/4HANA) with both configuration and 2nd level support tasks (not looking for key users, super users or who has user experience of working with SAP FI module)

• At least completed 2-3 full cycle implementation projects as Lead or Task consultant

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or a related field.

• Solid understanding of core FI processes (GL, AP, AR, Assets, Banking).

• Ability to analyze issues end-to-end and implement appropriate configuration fixes.

• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent English communication; Polish native speaker.

• Must be based in Poland

Nice to have:

• SAP FI certification or completed training.

• Experience in multinational or consulting environments.

• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging or integrations with CO, MM, SD.

Your future role

• Provide daily L2 support for SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting).

• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and perform the necessary configuration adjustments.

• Collaborate with finance users to refine requirements and translate them into system changes.

• Implement small enhancements and support larger upgrades, migrations, and deployment projects.

• Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
