Product Designer and Business/System Analyst
Purpose of the position:
Join an Agile team developing medical software for an advanced hearing instrument system. This challenging position connects UX/UI best practice with audiological knowledge, business analysis and hands-on software development to ensure solutions that support hearing care professionals and deliver excellent user experience.
You will work in a multi-site, cross-cultural environment, contributing to our Design System through implementation of designs, applying best usability practice, translating business needs into clear software requirements, and testing proposed solutions with researchers and real users. As an active member of an international R&D organization working in agile (SAFe), you will shape new features of our products.

What tasks are waiting for you?
Balance user needs with business objectives, requirements, usage patterns, technical feasibility and agreed scope
Be involved in the processes of deciding how the business needs can be fulfilled with new features of our products
Share business knowledge to define the desired software behavior, elaborate on the best practices, use cases and medical risks
Ensure mutual understanding of user needs (in collaboration with Product Owner)
In collaboration with the Agile Team, provide design deliverables on an incremental basis – user flows, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, final UI assets, e.g. Figma components, icons, illustrations, microinteractions’ specifications, responsive screen layouts
Document the developed functionalities within the domain of medical software with formal requirements, as well as flowcharts, diagrams, use cases, etc.
Identify potential challenges and risks related to the context of use
Articulate and document design decisions
Collaborate with UX Researcher to run exploratory research and usability tests
Cooperate with Design System team to establish new components and maintain consistency across the software
Work closely with product owners, developers, testers, as well as audiological, business and technical stakeholders, and support your team in quality assurance for developed features
It would be great if you have
Relevant educational background in Design, Anthropology, Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, Audiology, Software Development, or a similar field
2+ years of experience working as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, audiologist, hearing care professional, expert in hearing diagnostics or related position; experience as a business analyst, system analyst, or product owner in software development.
Skills in prototyping tools like Figma, Axure, Proto.io, XD, or similar
Understanding of a software lifecycle and agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe)
Strong analytical and creative mindset, diligence, and an agile approach to problem-solving
Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills
English fluency, enabling you to work efficiently in multinational teams
