Opis stanowiska

Join Deviniti as a Product Marketing Manager and grow together with us!

No time to read? That’s okay! Here’s a short summary:

  • Hours: full time

  • Mode: remote

  • Team: Senior Content Specialist, Content Specialist, Motion and Graphic Designer

  • Project: product marketing of Atlassian applications.

What will you work on as a Product Marketing Manager?

  • The Marketing Unit brings together experts across different specializations, with each team focused on a specific business line. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will join the team responsible for product marketing of apps sold on the Atlassian Marketplace. You will co-own and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for our app portfolio, working at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing. Your role will be to translate technical product capabilities into compelling positioning and communication that drive growth on the Marketplace.

What tasks await you in this role?

  • Go-to-market & launches. Plan and lead end-to-end launches for new apps and major feature releases – from messaging and positioning through launch assets, sales enablement materials, and post-launch performance analysis;

  • Marketplace optimization. Own Marketplace listings as a conversion channel: craft listing copy, visuals, and pricing presentation; run experiments to improve trial-to-paid conversion; monitor listing performance and iterate based on data;

  • Content & demand generation. Drive the content engine for the apps portfolio – including blog posts, case studies, comparison pages, and webinars;

  • Search visibility & GEO. Increase product visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery channels (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) through content and a well-defined Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy, ensuring our apps are surfaced accurately and favorably;

  • Competitive intelligence & positioning. Analyze the competitive landscape, identify key differentiators, and support Sales by developing battlecards, positioning frameworks, and narratives that help win deals;

  • Cross-functional collaboration. Partner closely with Product (PMs, developers) to align on roadmap priorities and translate features into customer value. Work with Sales and Presales to sharpen messaging, provide deal support, and close feedback loops from the field.

You are the one we’re looking for, if you have the following skills:

  • great English – C1 is a perfect starting point;

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally working with products sold through a marketplace or platform ecosystem (e.g. Atlassian Marketplace, Salesforce AppExchange, Shopify App Store, or similar);

  • proven track record of planning and executing product launches that resulted in measurable adoption or revenue growth;

  • strong content marketing skills and the ability to create engaging, high-quality content;

  • solid understanding of how LLM-powered search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) are changing how customers discover B2B products;

  • ability to build content strategies that drive visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery channels;

  • experience in product positioning and creating sales enablement materials (e.g. battlecards, one-pagers, objection handling materials);

  • ability to translate complex technical features into clear, benefit-driven messaging for different buyer personas;

  • comfort working with data – using Marketplace analytics, web analytics, and funnel data to inform decisions, not just report on results;

  • nice to have:

    • hands-on experience with the Atlassian ecosystem – as a user, partner, or vendor on the Atlassian Marketplace;

    • familiarity with Atlassian partner programs, co-marketing activities, and Marketplace ranking mechanics;

    • experience managing product marketing for a multi-product portfolio rather than a single product;

    • experience marketing to technical audiences (IT, DevOps, project management, QA/testing teams);

    • working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar).

What do we care about?

  • Your mental and physical well-being: we offer access to Mindgram, and we also have a running led by our own coach, who motivates us to get up from behind our desks and engage in physical activity together.

  • The development of your skills: each team has their career paths, we use Udemy for Business, and we also participate in both internal and external trainings to constantly learn more.

  • Your opinion and influence on your work environment: we use Officevibe (an employee experience platform), and we cultivate the culture of constructive feedback and recognition.

  • Your freedom: apart from working from home and flexible hours matching your lifestyle, we also have many hobby groups that allow you to share your passions with others. So, are you interested in arts and crafts, literature, plants, board games or sports?

  • The world and people: through our CSR program “Deviniti Cares” we take care about our planet, as well as about people around the world. Together we decide what causes we support, and we help by using the quarterly budget established entirely for charity initiatives.
