What will you work on as a Product Marketing Manager?
- As a Product Marketing Manager, you will join the team responsible for product marketing of Atlassian applications.
- We are looking for someone who thinks strategically and knows how to craft compelling product narratives—a person who passionately translates complex technical features into clear and engaging customer messages.
- With a data-driven analytical approach and a creative mindset, you will shape Go-to-Market strategies and strengthen our brand in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
What tasks await you in this role?

develop Go-to-Market Strategies: craft and execute comprehensive product marketing plans tailored for our suite of Atlassian apps;

collaborate Across Teams: work closely with Product Management, Partner Sales, and Customer Success to align product roadmaps and marketing initiatives with customer needs and market trends;

market & Competitive Research: conduct ongoing market analysis and competitive assessments to uncover trends, user pain points, and opportunities for product innovation and improved messaging;

produce a broad range of marketing collateral—such as in-depth product guides, case studies, whitepapers, obs-to-be-done blog posts, demo videos, and webinars—that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences;

drive Product Launches & Campaigns: lead the planning and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging and measurable outcomes across channels;

sales Enablement: create and maintain effective sales enablement tools (e.g., decks, battle cards, product one-pagers) to empower our partner sales teams in articulating product benefits and driving conversion;

performance Analysis: monitor campaign performance and product adoption metrics, using data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize return on investment;

become an Atlassian Ecosystem Expert: stay current on industry trends and developments within the Atlassian marketplace to ensure our messaging and strategies are both relevant and competitive;

process Improvement: continuously evaluate and enhance marketing processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive better cross-functional collaboration;
- continuously review and optimize our marketing processes, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and agility in executing marketing initiatives.
You are the one we’re looking for, if you have the following skills:
- great English - C1 is a perfect starting point;
- proven experience: 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally with a portfolio of products or within the Atlassian ecosystem;
- experience marketing within a marketplace or ecosystem, ideally with Atlassian apps or similar integration platforms;
- demonstrated ability to develop, launch, and scale comprehensive go-to-market strategies—both product-led and sales-led—to drive customer acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth;
- experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) tactics and crafting messaging that resonates across multiple customer segments;
- proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau) to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and refine strategies based on actionable insights;
- adept at translating technical product features into clear business value propositions;
- writing abilities to craft clear, compelling content (e.g., jobs-to-be-done blog posts, case studies, webinars, product collateral) for both technical and non-technical audiences;
- hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to boost product visibility and engagement;
- understanding of content marketing and demand generation best practices;

Nice to have: deep familiarity with Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello) and a solid understanding of the Atlassian Marketplace dynamics
