For one of our client a leading airlines, with their Shared Service Center in Krakow, we are looking for individuals for the position of Customer Care Advisor with French.
Requirements
High proficiency in English and French (at least B2 level)
Mature communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
Passion for providing the world’s best customer service for each and every customer
An open mind and eagerness to develop further
Ability to attend an onsite training in Kraków (4 months of training fully from the office); later on ability to work in a hybrid model of working
Responsibilities
Assisting customers with planning their journeys
Recommending travel products, fares and services and providing after sales support
Assisting customer to reserve and adjust flight booking transactions
Assisting customers to use client's website
Responding to feedback and general enquiries by phone, email and web channels from worldwide
