Our Client in an international FMCG company, a recognized brand and a great employer, with a global team of more than 50 000 people. To its regional Digital Team, we are looking to recruit Digital and CRM Data Analyst who will be responsible for leading digital and CRM marketing analytics and participate in the development of Customer Data Platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and create analytics ecosystem
  • Co-supervise the design, implementation and development of Customer Data Platform in cooperation with global team
  • Supervise and develop of the cooperation with local data warehouse supplier
  • Design and run automated digital/sales/marketing reports and dashboards in Power BI
  • Support the stakeholders with ad-hoc deep dive sales/marketing/digital/e-commerce analysis
  • Follow daily business results from digital and CRM area and propose improvement actions if needed
  • Draw consumer insights and recommendation based on available consumer data
  • Provide trainings and support (PowerBI, SQL) to the team to support self-service analytics
  • Lead and develop analytics team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar position
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, advanced MS SQL, DAX and Power BI
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Very good level of written and spoken English
  • Curiosity, willingness to look for and propose new ideas or improvements based on data insights
  • Pro-activeness, readiness to take responsibility, support your co-workers and take actions
  • Ability to actively cooperate with the team, help others to develop and support them
  • Team management experience as an advantage
  • Experience with cloud based data warehouses as an advantage
  • Experience with Salesforce cloud as an advantage
