Finance Analyst for Procurement

We are currently looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner / Finance Analyst to support the Procurement function on a 2-month project (February–March). You will work closely with senior procurement stakeholders, providing cost transparency, savings tracking, and analytical insights with a direct impact on P&L performance.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner or Finance Analyst supporting Procurement
Proven experience in spend analysis, savings tracking (P&L reconciliation), budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Strong business partnering skills with non-finance stakeholders
Ability to work with large and complex datasets
Solid understanding of P&L impact of procurement decisions, cost structures, and unit economics
Very good Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
CIMA / ACCA – preferred but not mandatory
English B2 – confident communication and business writing
Proactive, analytical, hands-on mindset
Responsibilities
Provide analytical and financial support to the Procurement function, with a strong focus on cost transparency and savings tracking
Analyze procurement spend across key categories, including detailed spend analysis and cost breakdowns
Track procurement savings and reconcile them with P&L results
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis related to procurement activities
Develop and maintain management reporting and spend dashboards
Act as a Finance Business Partner to the Procurement Director and their team
Translate procurement decisions into clear financial implications for the business
Work with large datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
Collaborate effectively with non-finance stakeholders in an international environment
