Group Chief Accountant

We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Chief Accountant who would like to take ownership of the company’s accounting processes and play a vital role in supporting its further development. Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience in accounting and experience in the role of chief accountant, accounting manager, GL team leader etc.

• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, experience of working in SAP

• Experience in the implementation of ERP systems - well seen

• Competence and knowledge of taxes, controlling, international accounting standards

• English proficiency - min. C1

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the month-end and year-end closing process

• Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with local and international standards

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate cash flow management

• Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

• Ensure compliance with local tax and legal regulations

• Drive continuous improvement of accounting and reporting processes

• Participate in the implementation of a new ERP system

• Manage reporting to the Group and cooperate closely with auditors and external institutions
