Master Data Specialist

Join our Client's new team at their Shared Service Center in Gdańsk! We are actively seeking both Regular and Senior-level Master Data Specialists. 

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience in Master Data Management, preferably within SAP environments. Knowledge of Material Management or Procurement data is a plus

• Proficiency in SAP (R/3, S/4HANA) and Excel. 

• Knowledge of MDM platforms is an asset.

• Strong analytical mindset to interpret complex data, identify anomalies, and maintain a solution-oriented approach to data challenges.

• Proactive approach to optimizing data management practices and contributing to best practice development.

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various departments.

• Excellent command of English 

Responsibilities

• Creation, maintenance, and updating of material master data in systems (primarily SAP), ensuring compliance with data governance rules and business requirements.

• Daily cooperation with key departments (IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales) to ensure data consistency and seamless integration across the organization.

• Performing regular quality checks, resolving data discrepancies, and managing maintenance requests to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

• Proactively supporting the standardization of MDM practices, proposing process enhancements, and implementing best practices for data governance.

• Active contribution to global client projects, including the SAP S/4HANA implementation, focused on unifying master data across business areas.
