Production Planning Manager

For our Client - a fast-paced manufacturing company - we are looking for a candidate for the position of Production Planning Manager.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production planning within an industrial environment, preferably in high-volume/mass production.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and within global, matrixed organizations.

• Solid track record of managing teams and driving end-to-end planning processes.

• Strong proficiency in ERP systems and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI).

• Advanced skills in data management, KPI analysis, and operational decision-making.

• Excellent command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.

• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Planning Department across short-, medium- and long-term horizons.

• Manage a team of planners responsible for production and logistics across multiple production lines.

• Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Logistics, Procurement and Finance to ensure seamless execution of plans.

• Oversee production schedules and material availability to secure on-time delivery and operational continuity.

• Monitor & report on KPI including f.ex.: inventory levels, waste rates, availability of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, budget adherence and schedule compliance.

• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes through effective use of SAP, Excel, BI tools and the implementation of further optimization initiatives.

• Foster team capability development and support professional growth of direct reports.
