Requirements

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification

• Proven experience managing complex projects in product manufacture, production ramp up, and quality issue resolution

• Strong understanding of operational environments and production priorities

• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Polish and English

• Demonstrated accountability and ownership of project outcomes

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, MS Planner or equivalent)

• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and business case development

• Proven experience of operating in high-growth, ambiguous environments where priorities shift rapidly

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent tool development and technology projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met

• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, suppliers, and executive leadership

• Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies

• Prioritisation & Decision Making: Navigate conflicting priorities across projects, making informed decisions to maintain momentum and quality

• Reporting & Communication: Deliver clear, concise updates on project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and cross-functional teams

• Process Development: Introduce and refine project management processes to improve efficiency and scalability

• Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of learning and improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance team performance and delivery outcomes
