For our client, an international SSC based in Krakow, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A Europe, Planning & Analysis.
Requirements
4+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, controlling, forecasting, planning, or financial management reporting within a multinational environment is preferred; however, we also welcome candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong motivation and a high willingness to learn and develop
Degree in Finance or Accounting; candidates with a non-finance undergraduate background are encouraged to have an accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA) either in progress or completed
Strong Excel modeling skills
Experience with HFM (Hyperion Planning / EPM or similar tools) is an advantage
Fluency in English is required, along with strong communication skills
Excellent analytical abilities with a talent for identifying key business drivers and issues
A self-driven, high-energy individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Contribute to the annual planning cycle for European operations by partnering closely with CP&A and performing detailed financial analyses
Act as a key point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, including business units, regional markets, Supply Chain, and the US headquarters, addressing diverse business topics
Create and deliver insightful presentations on key business drivers to support Senior Leadership in recurring monthly financial reviews
Design, maintain, and continuously improve analytical models and tools that drive informed decision-making for European business and finance leaders
Assist in the end-to-end management of the SIP process, including quarterly accrual true-ups and incentive payout calculations
Lead and implement efficiency and process optimization initiatives across planning, analysis, and broader business processes
Provide high-impact ad hoc analyses and strategic support to senior management
