Senior Financial Analyst

For our client, an international SSC based in Krakow, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A Europe, Planning & Analysis.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, controlling, forecasting, planning, or financial management reporting within a multinational environment is preferred; however, we also welcome candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong motivation and a high willingness to learn and develop

• Degree in Finance or Accounting; candidates with a non-finance undergraduate background are encouraged to have an accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA) either in progress or completed

• Strong Excel modeling skills

• Experience with HFM (Hyperion Planning / EPM or similar tools) is an advantage

• Fluency in English is required, along with strong communication skills

• Excellent analytical abilities with a talent for identifying key business drivers and issues

• A self-driven, high-energy individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the annual planning cycle for European operations by partnering closely with CP&A and performing detailed financial analyses

• Act as a key point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, including business units, regional markets, Supply Chain, and the US headquarters, addressing diverse business topics

• Create and deliver insightful presentations on key business drivers to support Senior Leadership in recurring monthly financial reviews

• Design, maintain, and continuously improve analytical models and tools that drive informed decision-making for European business and finance leaders

• Assist in the end-to-end management of the SIP process, including quarterly accrual true-ups and incentive payout calculations

• Lead and implement efficiency and process optimization initiatives across planning, analysis, and broader business processes

• Provide high-impact ad hoc analyses and strategic support to senior management
