Responsibilities:
Participation in the preparation process of budgets, forecasts, business plans
Providing ad-hoc analytics/reporting/consultations to support business decisions
Creating value from converting financial data into business insights
Leading different projects including standardization and improvements
Performing variance analysis and commentary
Preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports
Preparation of reports for the needs of various stakeholders
End to end month-end closing process
Qualifications:
Over 3 years of proven experience in financial analysis, controlling, audit or similar related finance function
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to derive conclusions from financial data,
Great communication and relationship building skills,
At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting and/or Mathematics
Basic understanding of IFRS or local GAAP
Upper-intermediate MS Excel skills
Familiarity with Power BI, Hyperion, MS Office, SAP, other financial systems, and databases will be an asset
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
