For our client a global digital agency we’re looking for a Senior Strategy Planner who knows how to turn insights into impact!
Someone who moves confidently across the worlds of digital, ATL, and BTL, and who understands that the best strategies are built not just on data, but on human stories, cultural context, and emotion.
We’re searching for a strategic thinker with an agency mindset - someone who can translate the complexity of trends, numbers, and behaviors into a single, compelling idea that captures attention and inspires action.
Requirements
Proven experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced marketing environment, ideally within an advertising agency.
Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong passion for marketing combined with a solid understanding of content marketing principles as well as ATL and BTL activities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, present strategies to clients, and confidently defend strategic recommendations.
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in managing shifting priorities and responding quickly to project needs.
Track record of meeting deadlines while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
Familiarity with direct response marketing and copywriting will be considered an asset.
Experience in data analysis is preferred.
Hands-on experience in creating UGC content for TikTok or other social media platforms is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of the domestic appliances and smartphone market will be an additional plus.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Copywriters, Art Directors, and Account Managers to develop impactful and engaging marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze industry trends across key platforms, including Digital, ATL, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram to identify new opportunities for innovative advertising strategies.
Develop creative concepts and data-driven insights that align with client objectives, brand identity, and tone of voice.
Oversee projects from concept through execution, ensuring creative consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
Evaluate campaign performance data to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
