A B2B SaaS firm building security and risk management software for large organizations, operating across multiple international offices. Its platform helps clients in regulated industries manage cybersecurity, governance and compliance, and third-party risk across their operations.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
Strong track record in both demand generation and marketing operations
Direct, hands-on skill with HubSpot and connected marketing automation tools
Proven results building and tuning paid campaigns across more than one channel
Comfortable with numbers, including attribution, funnel review, and revenue reporting
Confident using AI tools, workflows, and automated agents in daily work
Able to deliver high-quality work independently, without leaning on agencies or outside help
Works well across teams, including sales, marketing, and senior leadership
Advanced spoken and written English
Nice to Have:
Background in cybersecurity, governance and compliance (GRC), third-party risk (TPRM), or similar fields
Experience moving outsourced marketing and advertising work back in-house
Key Responsibilities:
Run lead generation programs end to end and track each lead through to revenue
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Google and LinkedIn, plus outbound outreach tools
Handle search, display, retargeting, and email campaigns yourself, from messaging and targeting to testing
Raise conversion rates across the funnel and fix weak points
Build follow-up programs based on buyer type, stage, and behavior
Use AI tools and agents daily to produce campaigns faster, and build automations that take over repetitive work
Set up an AI-based outbound system to replace manual LinkedIn outreach
Own SEO, answer engine optimization (AEO), and generative engine optimization (GEO), from plan to delivery
Improve Google Search Console results and clear technical issues such as duplicate pages, dead links, redirects, and indexing gaps
Review website and content performance through Google Analytics
Own the full marketing operations setup and the HubSpot system, including lifecycle stages from subscriber through to customer
Keep data clean through deduplication, enrichment, normalization, and validation
Build and improve lead scoring, and agree with sales on what counts as an MQL and SQL
Create lead routing rules, response time targets, alerts, and automations
Build reusable workflows, email templates, landing pages, and campaign setups
Keep campaign tracking, UTM rules, and reporting accurate, and QA everything before launch
Set and manage attribution models, and build dashboards that tie marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
Keep sales and marketing reporting in sync
Plan and run the company presence at industry events, plus the follow-up afterward
Move outside marketing and advertising work fully in-house and wind down agencies
