Your role:

The main goal of the Carrier Management Specialist role is to assist the Carrier Manager and independently work on creating periodic carrier performance reports, conducting performance analysis, and determining corrective and preventive actions to improve performance. This role also involves measuring carrier performance against agreed targets, taking necessary actions, monitoring progress, and managing the carrier improvement plan.

What will we do together?

• Maintaining contacts with subcontractors
• Logging and handling transport procurement-related price inquiries
• Conducting price analyses and negotiations to achieve targeted savings
• Responsible for the monthly Mini-Tender process and its implementation
• Overseeing and conducting meetings with approximately 11 partners in MBR/QBR
• Activating new partners in OTM and providing on-boarding training
• Performing various cost-related analyses in collaboration with the Data Analytics team
• Actively monitoring developments in the transport market and signaling when changes are necessary

Who are we looking for?

• 2-4 years of experience in the logistics industry, specializing in sea, air, or road transport
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in English
• Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of organizational structures and processes, with specialized expertise in transport, procurement, and modalities
