Paid Social Media Specialist - German Speaker

We are looking for an independent Paid Social Media Specialist for our Client from the tech industry — someone who is passionate about running performance campaigns in the social media environment.

If you have experience planning, running and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn — this one's for you!

Your responsibilities:

• Planning, executing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) independently.

• Co-creating and improving processes between activation and client teams — ensuring effective communication and smooth information flow.

• Making the most of entrusted digital campaign budgets.

• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting campaign results along with optimization recommendations.

• International collaboration with Planning, Analytics and Client teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience running Paid Social campaigns across the full sales funnel.

• Proficiency in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads [required].

• English min. B2 and German min. B2/C1 — daily communication with the client and international team [required].

• High attention to detail, accountability and independence.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Pinterest Ads or other paid social platforms.

• Analytical mindset — ability to work with data and optimize campaigns against KPIs.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4.

• Hands-on experience running campaigns on Snapchat and Reddit.

• Experience working with large budgets and international projects.

• Meta Blueprint and TikTok Academy certifications.

• Familiarity with AI tools supporting campaign analysis and optimization.
