Programmatic Specialist - German Speaker
We are looking for an experienced Programmatic Specialist for our Client from the tech industry — someone who plans and runs Programmatic campaigns (DSP, buying platforms) with confidence.
Your responsibilities:
Planning, executing and optimizing display/video campaigns on DSP platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk or Adform) independently.
Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing campaigns based on performance results, in line with set goals.
Making the most of entrusted campaign budgets.
Preparing analyses, reports and optimization recommendations.
International collaboration with Planning, Analytics and Client teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience running Programmatic campaigns independently.
English min. B2 and German min. B2/C1 — daily communication with the client and international team [required].
Hands-on knowledge of at least one DSP platform (DV360, The Trade Desk or Adform).
Analytical mindset — ability to assess campaign performance and optimize budgets.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and ability to work with AI tools.
High level of independence, accountability and ability to work in a team.
