We're on the lookout for a talented Affiliate Manager to join us. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the growth of our affiliate program, building strong partnerships, and optimizing performance to maximize revenue. What will you do?

• Develop and implement innovative affiliate marketing strategies to boost sales and enhance our online presence
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates to meet growth targets
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring effective communication and support
• Developing together with our creative team unique, high-performing creatives tailored to the audiences of top partners, in line with our brand identity, leveraging A/B testing to continuously optimize creatives when needed
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics and fraud detection, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Coordinate and manage affiliate campaigns from start to finish
• Oversee budget allocation and forecasting for the affiliate program
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing
• Work closely with the direct manager to translate the marketing strategy into a channel-specific strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams, including content, design, product and technology, to align marketing strategies
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations

General expectations:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing, preferably in an eCommerce/marketplace environment
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through affiliate marketing initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance optimization
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Impact, Commission Junction, Rakuten)
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term affiliate marketing plans
• Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable outcomes
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced eCommerce environment
• Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial partnerships
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, influencer marketing) will be a plus
• Experience on US market will be a valuable asset
