Join our People and Culture team! We’re looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Specialist (maternity cover) who will combine a solid understanding of HR and payroll processes with a sharp analytical mindset. In this role, you'll dive deep into data, draw meaningful insights, and confidently navigate Excel to support data-driven decisions.

You’ll play a key role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring it’s competitive, compliant, and aligned with our company culture. This position offers broad exposure to cross-functional projects, collaboration with various teams, and daily contact with both Polish- and English-speaking employees — so excellent communication skills are a must.

What will you do?

• Preparing and reviewing employee documentation — including processes related to hiring foreign employees.

• Answering employee questions on labor law and internal HR policies.

• Supporting time and attendance tracking using our dedicated system.

• Creating regular and ad hoc HR and payroll reports.

• Co-hosting onboarding sessions for new hires.

• Coordinating and supporting our employee benefits offering.

• Preparing payroll data and verifying payslips.

• Participating in the digitalization and automation of processes.

• Ensuring completeness and accuracy of HR documentation.

• Collaborating with Finance and external partners.

General expectations:

• Solid educational background or professional experience in HR, payroll, or related areas.

• Strong interest in compensation & benefits and Polish labor law.

• Working knowledge of Polish labor code and ZUS regulations — in-depth understanding will be a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, functions, data analysis) and a willingness to deepen your analytical skills.

• Sharp attention to detail with a problem-solving, analytical mindset.

• Experience with Enova365 will be considered a plus.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher — you'll use it daily in our work environment.

• Experience in implementing electronic personnel files would be a plus.
