Role: Growth 


Senior, hands-on growth & marketing leader who will operate at the intersection of marketing, sales, and delivery in a B2B software services company working with international clients. The role is focused on building systems, not running isolated activities, and requires strong ownership, commercial thinking, and comfort operating without predefined processes. 


Main goals of the role:

1. Build and scale a predictable demand and pipeline generation system - create a repeatable system that generates qualified demand and sales opportunities, supporting long-term revenue growth and sales predictability. 

2. Build trust, credibility, and market authority for DO OK - establish the company as a trusted, credible, and authoritative technology partner in selected niches and markets, measurably supporting sales effectiveness and buyer confidence.


  • Build, run, and continuously improve a predictable demand generation system that fits how sales and delivery actually work at DO OK, owning the demand side of the funnel from first contact through MQL, SQL, and qualified opportunities.

  • Co-create and maintain a precise, niche-focused ICP together with sales and delivery, and keep it relevant as the business evolves.

  • Own and evolve DO OK’s messaging, including social media presence, to consistently reflect real client problems and buying triggers. 

  • Shape and oversee credibility assets such as case studies, expert content, and sales and marketing materials that support complex buying decisions.

  • Own dook.pro and make sure its content, structure, and messaging are aligned with ICP and sales needs, while growing DO OK’s discoverability through SEO, GEO, industry platforms, and smart partnerships.

  • Build and run Account-Based Marketing initiatives in selected target markets, focusing on relevance rather than volume.

  • Treat partners and GTM agents as an active demand generation channel and enable them with clear positioning, messaging, and practical materials.

  • Drive continuous CRM adoption as the single source of truth for leads, opportunities, and pipeline data, improving data quality so better decisions can be made.

  • Use AI and automation to design smart, scalable growth workflows and internal processes, turning our technological capabilities into a real advantage.

  • Run hypothesis-driven GTM experiments while owning prioritisation across growth initiatives based on measurable business impact.

  • Like everyone at DO OK, stay hands-on at the beginning, using a “go and see” (genchi genbutsu) approach while building systems that can later scale.

  • Plan, support, and organise events, meetups, and partner initiatives in local markets to build trust and authority, and help identify who should be speaking and representing DO OK.

  • Coordinate external contributors and freelancers when needed, keeping full ownership of direction, priorities, and outcomes.

  • Act as a natural bridge between marketing, sales, and delivery to keep the customer journey consistent from first touch to project delivery.


Requirements: 

  1. English min B2/C1, Polish is not mandatory. 

  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a services-based environment rather than product-led SaaS.

  3. Hands-on experience in software consulting, software development organizations, or selling professional IT services, with a solid understanding of how complex, high-value services are bought and delivered.

  4. Strong understanding of services sales dynamics, including MQL, SQL, pipeline stages, buying committees, and long sales cycles typical for consulting and custom software development

  5. ability to build and operate predictable demand generation systems

  6. Experience with expert-driven content and credibility assets, such as case studies, thought leadership articles, whitepapers, events, and speaking engagements that support complex B2B buying decisions

  7. Experience running hypothesis-driven GTM experiments

  8. Ability to operate effectively in a smaller, growing organization, with high ambiguity, limited resources, and evolving processes - comfortable combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  9. Comfort working in a technical environment, with enough technical literacy to understand software development, architectures, and technology stacks, and to translate them into meaningful business narratives (without needing to code).

  10. Ability to translate delivery realities into credible marketing promises

  11. ability to engage both technical and non-technical buyers

  12. Experience working with long time-to-value marketing cycles
