Our client is an international company operating in the iGaming industry, focused on delivering innovative online gaming products and solutions for global B2B partners. The company combines technology, product development, and data-driven business strategies to support dynamic growth and expansion across international markets.

We are currently looking for a Growth Manager who will be responsible for driving business growth initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting the development of strategic partnerships within the iGaming sector.

In this role, you will work closely with commercial, product, marketing, and analytics teams to optimize growth strategies, improve business performance, and identify new revenue streams. The position requires a commercially oriented and analytical professional who understands digital products, user behavior, and market trends in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in growth, business development, account management, or commercial roles

  • Previous experience in iGaming, betting, gaming, or digital industries will be a strong advantage

  • Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset

  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and build business strategies

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working with KPIs, performance metrics, and business analysis

  • Proactive and independent approach to work

  • Very good command of English

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and developing new business and growth opportunities

  • Supporting expansion strategies and market development initiatives

  • Analyzing business performance, KPIs, and market trends

  • Cooperating with product, marketing, analytics, and commercial teams

  • Building and maintaining relationships with business partners and stakeholders

  • Supporting monetization and revenue optimization initiatives

  • Preparing reports, analyses, and strategic recommendations

  • Monitoring competitors and industry developments

  • Participating in business meetings and industry events

  • Contributing to long-term growth and scaling strategies
